Attorney James Bailey, Jr. of Wilmington, DE; repeat offender, tax scofflaw
The state of Delaware provided James F. Bailey, Jr. with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Wake Forest Law School located in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
The Delaware Board of Professional Responsibility found James guilty of the following misconduct.
The board and the Supreme Court went on to determine that Jimmy knowingly caused the invasion of client trust funds, serial violations of tax laws and gross negligence in handling trust funds.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. May 2012) James practices law with The Bailey Law firm at 3 Mill Road in Wilmington, Delaware.
On his self-serving website at www.jamesbaileylaw.com, Jimmy doesn’t make any mention of the fact that his law license was suspended and/or that he’s a tax scofflaw. I suppose if he did it would only limit his future victim pool.
