Attorney Donald Vavala III of Wilmington, DE; convicted criminal

The state of Delaware presented Michelle T. Wirtner with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from Villanova University School of Law.

The Delaware Supreme Court found Michelle guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Committed criminal act or acts
• Pled guilty to carrying a dangerous concealed instrument
• Pled guilty to driving under the influence (DUI)
• Pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance (Adderall)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Michelle by gifting him with a complimentary short-term suspension of his law license

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Donnie will resume his practice at 4250 Lancaster Pike in Wilmington, Delaware in August 2019.
