Attorney Donald Evans of Wilmington, DE; tax scofflaw

The state of Delaware presented Donald E. Evans with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Widener University Law School.

The Delaware Supreme Court found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Tommy failed to file and report federal, state and local taxes for three consecutive years.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
