Attorney Christopher Noble of New Britain, CT; slacker, serial

offender

The state of Connecticut provided Christopher Noble with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law.

FYI: This isn’t Bobby’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received five (5) complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Chris guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to appear at a status conference on client’s behalf
  • Failed to notify his client f the court’s denial of the motion to reopen the nonsuit
  • Judgment of nonsuit entered against the client because Chris failed to appear at the status conference
  • Chris filed an untimely motion to open the nonsuit judgment
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
  • Chris misrepresented the status of the case to his clients
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Chris!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Chris practices his so-called brand of law at 1493 Stanley Street in New Britain, Connecticut.
