Attorney Paul Garlasco of New Milford, CT; repeat offender  

 

The state of Connecticut provided Paul J. Garlasco with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Bridgeport Law School.

 

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Paulie's 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation 
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice  

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Paulie by gifting him a complimentary reprimand.

 

Paulie's 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation 
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice  
  • Used means having no substantial purpose other than to embarrass, delay, or burden a third person and/or used methods of obtaining evidence that violates the legal rights of such person
  • Acted outside his legal authority in issuing a subpoena

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Paulie by gifting him a complimentary reprimand.

 

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Paulie practices at 83 Park Lane Road in New Milford, Connecticut.
