Attorney Leonard Martinez of Lakewood, CO; ethical misfit

The state of Colorado provided Leonard Anthony Martinez with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Lenny guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
2. Faield to abide by client’s decisions re: representation
3. Failed to comply with client’s request for information
4. Failed to communicate with client
5. Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Lenny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Lenny practices with Leonard A. Martinez & Associates at 1050 Wadsworth in Lakewood, Colorado.
