Attorney David Kolko of Denver: Dumbo, repeat offender

The state of Colorado provided David L. Kolko with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent legal representation (Dumbo)
• Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
• Client’s appeal dismissed due to gross negligence

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Dave’s First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) separate complimentary admonitions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Dave practices with Kolko & Associates PC at 303 East 17^th Avenue in Denver, Colorado.
