Attorney Lawrence Hill of Littleton, CO; convicted bully

The state of Colorado presented Lawrence Hill with a law license in 1988

The Colorado State Bar found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Larry pled guilty to a charge of third degree assault. Larry’s conviction stems from an incident of family violence.

At the time of the incident, Larry lived with his wife, his sixteen-year-old stepson, his wife’s son from a previous marriage, and two younger children (four and six years old at the time) from his current marriage.

On the date of the incident, Larry had between five to eight mixed drinks over a four to five hour period at a bar located a considerable distance from his home.

Upon his return home, Larry confronted his stepson about a cell phone belong to Larry which the stepson had used. The stepson told Larry he had given the phone to a friend. Upon hearing this, Larry became enraged.

A violent altercation was initiated by Larry at which time he struck the stepson in the fact with his fist, causing damage to and bleeding from his nose. Larry’s wife then called 911 to report the incident. While she was on the phone, the stepson emerged from the house with his face bleeding. Larry then followed him out of the house and again violently attacked him.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Larry’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary term of probation for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Larry.

As we speak, (ca. March 2015), Larry practices at 1901 West Littleton Blvd in Littleton, Colorado.
