Attorney Philip Kleinsmith of Colorado Springs; unethical moron

The state of Colorado presented Philip Kleinsmith with a law license in 1967.

Disciplinary Counsel found that Philip was guilty of misconduct in accordance with a ruling by the Arizona Supreme Court, which resulted in him receiving a complimentary reprimand.

Philip filed improper arbitration certificates in nine (9) different court matters. He also failed to appear for two mandatory hearings in Wisconsin.

In addition, Philip found it acceptable to bill his client for corrective motions to remedy his failures to appear at hearings; making errors in preparing a notice of sale in a Florida real estate matter, and failing to reasonably communicate with a client before filing a motion to withdraw from representing the client.

Bills his client for the mistakes he previously made. What a guy!

The state of Utah also reprimanded Philip for the same misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfit sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Philip by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2013), Philip practices at 6035 Erin Park Drive in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
