Attorney Christopher Alster of Franktown, CO; ethical dwarf

The state of Colorado provided Christopher Alster with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Chris guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Placed personal funds into client trust account and thereafter used it as a personal business account to hide personal assets from his creditors
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. September 2023), Chris practices his so-called brand of law in Franktown, Colorado.
