Attorney Phillip Malouff Jr. of La Junta, CO; loser, pervert

The state of Colorado provided Phillip Malouff Jr. with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from George University School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Eddy guilty of the following misconduct.

Phil cheerfully engaged in a series of sexual innuendoes and double entendre directed at female judges and female support staff in Colorado courtrooms as set forth below.

Phil made the following statements to a female Magistrate Judge.

• “When you get back from your vacation, I better be able to see your tan lines.”
• “Ask your husband a question for me when you get home tonight.”
• “Ask him what it’s like to have relations with someone who wears the robe.”
• “It has always been something I’ve wanted to do, but there have never been any women judges until now.”

Phil the Perv made the following statement to a female judicial assistant.

• “If he would get to spend the night with her since he had an early morning meeting at the courthouse.”

When the same female judicial assistant said a female defendant was “good” in reference to case proceedings, the Perv responded as follows.

• “Her husband told me she is good.”

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
