DA Brittny Lewton of Fort Morgan, CO; indicted druggie

The state of Colorado provided Brittny Lewton with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law.

In one matter, Brittny was arrested after an investigation discovered that she was involving in one or more incidents of exchanging controlled prescription drugs.

After her arrest, Brittny was released on a $10,000 bond. She has refused to resign her position while her criminal case proceeds.

All that remains is to see how long it takes for Brittny to cop a plea to reduce the amount of time she may have to spend in prison.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Brittny continues to sit as the Logan County District Attorney in Fort Morgan, Colorado.
