Attorney Jay Donohue of Denver; bullying loser

The state of Colorado provided Jay M. Donohue with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Denver School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Jay guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly charged nonrefundable fees or retainers
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Threatened criminal, administrative, or disciplinary charges to obtain advantage in civil matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Jay by gifting him, with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2019), Jay practices with The Donohue Law Group at 201 Stelle Street in Denver, Colorado.
