Attorney James LeSuer of Centennial, CO; serial scofflaw

The state of Colorado provided James D. LeSuer with a law license in 1989 after she graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado Disciplinary Counsel found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated temporary protection order provided to ex-wife forbidding contact with her
• Sent ex-wife text message, arrested/convicted of violating protection order
• Contacted ex-wife via email, convicted of violating protection order, sentenced to 60 days in jail
• Failed to report 2 convictions for violating TPO to disciplinary board
• Convicted a third time for violating TOP and sentenced to 120 days in jail

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2018) Jimmy practices with The Law Office of James LeSuer LLC at 6579 South Lafayette Street in Centennial, Colorado.
