Attorney Bruce Logan of Denver; deadbeat Daddy

The state of Colorado provided Bruce A. Logan with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado Disciplinary Counsel found Nicole guilty of the following misconduct.

• For 20 months, failed to pay court-ordered child support
• Knowingly disobeyed obligation under rules of a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Lied in annual attorney registration statement that he was in compliance with child support obligations, even though he knew he was not

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t really mete out any meaningful punishment to Bruce the Deadbeat.
