Attorney Kenneth Hope of Centennial, CO; tax scofflaw

The state of Colorado provided Kenneth Raymond Hope with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Washburn University Law School in Topeka, Kansas.

The Colorado State Bar found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Kenny knowingly and intentionally failed to pay withholding taxes from employee wages.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Kenny.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Kenny practices with Hope Mediation LLC in Centennial, Colorado.
