Attorney Stephen Johnson of Denver; repeat drunken convict

The state of Colorado provided Stephen M. Johnson with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Drake University School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to driving under the influence, second offense
• Sentenced to 10-days home detention

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him, with a complimentary censure.

As one would suspect, Stevie fails to mention the conduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.lclaw.net. Apparently, he and his firm chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.
