Attorney Ronald Bartholomew of Newport Beach, CA; ethical elf

The state of California presented Ronald Lee Bartholomew with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Western State University Law School.

• Failed to respond to discovery in fraud case brought by former client
• Trial court granted fraud judgment against Ronnie for $25,000
• Failed to report $25,000 judgment to State Bar as required
• Improperly sought to have client withdraw ethics complaint

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Ronnie practices at 2400 West Coast Highway in Newport Beach, California, which is located in Orange County.
