The California State Bar Court found Suzie guilty of the following misconduct.

- Failed to communicate with client
- Failed to provide competent legal services (Dumbo)
- Failed to respond to client status inquiries
- Failed to promptly return client file after being fired
- Failed to cooperate with disciplinary agency (Up Yours, said Suzie!)
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfit s sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Suzie by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of her law license.
In truth, the comedians sitting on the California State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Suzie.
