Attorney Robert Bartlett of Riverside, CA; thieving loser

The state of California presented Robert Arthur Bartlett with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Idaho School of law.

The State Bar Court found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain client funds in a trust account
• Bobby willfully and intentionally misappropriated (stole) $15,190.43 that his clients were entitled to receive

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $2,788.00.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Bobby practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Offices of Robert A. Bartlett at 9825 Magnolia Avenue in Riverside, California.
