Attorney Michael Younge of Laguna Hills, CA; idiotic loser

The state of California provided Michael A. Younge with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Western State University School of Law.

FYI: Western State is ranked as the 168th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The State Bar Court found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Misconduct significantly harmed a client, the public or the administration of justice
• Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Failed to respond to client information requests
• Failed to file or otherwise continue prosecution of an underinsured motorist claim on behalf of Bun Belt, respondent
• Recklessly failed to perform legal services with competence (idiot)
• Failed to take reasonable steps to avoid reasonably foreseeable prejudice to client upon termination
• Willfully violated the Rules of Professional Conduct
• Failed to act on client’s underinsured motorist claim with her insurance carrier
• Failed to inform client of his withdrawal
• Benny’s abandonment and failure to provide the client’s files and documents caused significant harm to his client
• Benny’s misconduct prevented client from obtaining relief through a UIM (Uninsured Motorist) claim for four years
• Failed to deposit settlement funds into a client trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license. 

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Benny.
