California’s 2018 Attorney Ivory Soap Purity Rating = 99.5%

Ivory Soap advertises a purity rating of 99.44%. In the California legal system, there are 170,044 attorneys practicing throughout the state. For the year 2018, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court handed out the following complimentary sanctions against three-hundred-fourteen (314) attorneys for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

• 149 = number of suspensions
• 32 = number of reprovals
• 131 = number of disbarments
• 2 = number of admonishments

This laughable finding by the California State Bar Court means that California has a 99.5% Ivory Soap Purity rating for 2018 is preposterous in that it indicates the near impossibility of finding a dishonest or incompetent attorney.

This would mean that if all 314 attorneys attended a Minnesota Timberwolves basketball game at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum with a seating capacity of 95,607 it’d be nearly impossible to locate the 314 unethical attorneys even if they raised their hands in unison.
