Attorney Wayne Teebken of Laguna Woods, CA; imbecilic cheater

The state of California presented Wayne Kenneth Teebken with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Southwestern University School of Law.

The State Bar Court of found Wayne guilty of the following misconduct.

• Wayne admitted to sixteen (16) acts of misconduct involving twelve (12) matters
• Three times he allowed non-lawyers to provide legal advice and perform other legal duties and the remainder of the cases involving immigration matters
• In most cases, Wayne did not perform legal services competently [imbecile]
• One of Wayne’s client’s [victims] was deported and another received a letter from the Department of Homeland Security ordering him to leave the country immediately
• Allowed his office manager to sign documents in his name and accept fees for an application to have a client’s status adjusted when she was not eligible
• In representing the client at her asylum interview failed to take steps to obtain final approval of the asylum application
• Failed to account for client funds
• Failed to refund unearned fees [cheater]
• Failed to keep clients informed of significant developments in their cases

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Wayne by gifting him  with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Wayne practices with the Law Offices of W. Kenneth Teebken at 837 Ronda Sevilla in Laguna Woods, California.
