The state of California provided Paul Douglas Vanderwalde with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of California Berkeley School of Law.

The State Bar Court found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Improperly loaned $63,000 to client
• Prepared client will leaving him with 70% of client’s estate upon his death
• Upon client’s death, received $185,620.90 from client’s estate
• Probate court ordered repayment of $185,620.90 Paulie received upon client’s death to be paid to decedent’s estate
• Repeatedly failed to provide competent services (moron)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2018) Paulie practices with Caputo & Vanderwalde at 51 East Campbell Avenue in Campbell, California which is located in Santa Clara County.
