Attorney Hayden Smith of Visalia, CA; Dumbo, repeat offender

The state of California provided Hayden Gifford Smith with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the University of San Diego Law School.

The California Bar Court found Hayden guilty of the following misconduct. 

Hayden’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to obtain court permission to withdraw representation
• Failed to render accounts of client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Calfiornia State Bar Court punished Hayden by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

Hayden’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Failed to file required quarterly reports
• Failed to communicate significant development in case to client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Calfiornia State Bar Court punished Hayden by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Hayden.
