Attorney Byron Ball of Los Angeles: ethical leprechaun

The state of California presented Byron Talbot Ball with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the Pepperdine University Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Byron guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Filed lawsuit in woman’s name without permission to so act
  • Appeared on behalf of women in court without authority
  • Failed to serve dismissal of unauthorized lawsuit he filed without a woman’s consent or knowledge on all parties and counsel
  • Failed to abide by multiple court orders
  • Failed to appear at court scheduled hearing

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Byron by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year term of probation.

As we speak (ca. September 2017), Byron practices with The Ball Law Firm LLP at 644 South Figueroa Street in Los Angeles, California.
