Attorney Efren Williams of Sacramento; ethical dwarf

The state of California provided Efren Barton Williams with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University California Berkeley Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Efren guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly interviewed person represented by counsel
• Engaged in the willful violation of Rules of Professional Conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Efren by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

As we speak (June 2017), Efren practices with the Law Office of Efren B. Williams at 1414 Q Street in Sacramento, California.
