Attorney Michael Wells of Northridge, CA; thieving loser

The state of California presented Michael Wells with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from the San Fernando Valley College of Law in Woodland Hills, California. San Fernando Law School is dedicated to taking in losers that couldn’t get accepted at mainstream law schools such as USC, UC Davis or UCLA.

The California State Bar Court found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Admitted to 16 counts of misconduct in seven matters
  • Failed to complete bankruptcy cases for multiple clients
  • Failed to contest opposing parties’ motions
  • Failed to respond to client inquiries
  • Failed to refund unearned fees (thief)
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Used client trust account to pay personal expenses
  • Failed numerous incomplete bankruptcy petitions for clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Mike practices at 9227 Reseda Blvd in Northridge, California.
