Attorney Anthony Willoughby of Culver City, CA; ethical dwarf    

The state of California provided Anthony Willoughby with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of California Hastings Law School.

The California Bar Court Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Refused to represent clients unless they agreed to share insurance proceeds with him because insurance coverage was insufficient
• Client’s refused to accept insurance settlement offer

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
