The state of Arkansas presented Kenneth A. Olsen with a law license in 1983.
The Committee on Professional Conduct found Kenneth guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Kenneth represented a client before the Worker’s Compensation Commission. After the client’s claim was denied, Kenneth filed a notice of appeal.
Even though Kenneth was granted an extension of time to file the required brief on his client’s behalf, he failed to do so. Subsequently, the client’s appeal was dismissed due to Kenneth’s gross negligence in failing to file a brief.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Kenneth by gifting him with another complimentary caution
As we speak (ca. August 2013), Kenneth practices at 3701 Highway 5 North in Bryant, Arkansas.
