Attorney Marceliers Hewett of Little Rock, AR; moron

The state of Arkansas presented Marceliers Hewett with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.

The Committee on Professional found Marceliers guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conflict of interest involving two clients
• Failed to withdraw representation when mandated to do so
• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Marceliers by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
