Attorney Stuart Vess of North Little Rock; idiot, serial offender

The state of North Arkansas provided Stuart Carl Vess with a law license in 1973 after she graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Stu guilty of the following misconduct.

Stu’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to timely file appeal notice on client’s behalf
• Failed to take reasonable steps to expedite client litigation
• Knowingly disobeyed an obligation under the rules of a tribunal
• Caused undue delay in consideration of client’s appeal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Ronnie by gifting him with a second complimentary caution.
