Attorney Robert Rojas of Glendale, AZ; repeat offender

The state of Arizona presented Robert A. Rojas with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from California Western University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Bobby!)
  • Failed to make payments to clients re: medical care
  • Failed to pay clients’ healthcare providers until ethics complaint filed
  • Failed to keep clients informed of status of legal matter
  • Failed to provide information to lien holder of 21 lien agreements
  • Failed to maintain adequate records regarding liens
  • Failed to provide client with final accounting of settlement funds in writing
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Engaged in bad faith obstruction of disciplinary proceeding

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Bobby’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 7-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Bobby practices at 6564 West Puget Avenue in Glendale, Arizona.

Warning: Bobby does not carry legal malpractice insurance
