Attorney Paul Sauceda of Casa Grande, AZ; drunken convict

 

The state of Arizona presented Paul Rodrigo Sauceda with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

 

The Arizona State Bar found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

 

In one matter, Paulie was charged with three felony offenses; aggravated assault (2 counts), and discharging a firearm at an occupied structure (1 count). Paulie was also charged with and/or convicted of the following criminal acts.

 

  • 01/08/08 – Extreme DUI – pled guilty and sentenced to jail
  • 02/09/08 – Driving vehicle w/o interlock device – 4 days work service + fine
  • 09/17/08 – Possession of open container in vehicle – diversion + fine
  • 04/04/11 – Second Extreme DUI – jail time + fine +  alcohol counseling
  • 07/24/11 – DUI – home detention + fine
  • 10/13/12 – Domestic Violence charge – subsequently dismissed
  • 12/09/12 – Domestic violence assault + disorderly conduct + criminal damage – diversion, 54 hours alcohol counseling

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Paulie practices with the Law Office of Paul Sauceda PLC in Casa Grande, Arizona.
