Attorney Percival Bradley of Phoenix; lying loser

The state of Arizona presented Percival R. Bradley with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Percival guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  2. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  3. Failed to consult with client to afford client to make informed decisions re: representation
  4. Failed to communicate with clients
  5. Failed to expedite litigation
  6. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  7. Misconduct involved selfish motives
  8. Engaged in multiple offenses
  9. Submitted evidence he knew was false (liar)
In one matter, Percival was hired to represent a client in a personal injury case on a contingent fee basis. The incident occurred at Starbucks. Percival sent a letter of representation to Starbuck and requested information regarding insurance coverage and policy limits. Starbucks’ insurer made numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact Percival to discuss a settlement.

Making matters worse, Percival the Moron failed to file the lawsuit against Starbuck’s before the statute of limitations had expired. Percival also failed to tell his client that the statute of limitations on her case had ran without him filing a lawsuit on her behalf.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Percival by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2013) Percival practices with Bradley & Associates PLC at 40 North Central Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
