Attorney Harry Friedlander of Mesa, AZ; moronic loser

The state of Arizona presented Harry P. Friedlander with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Georgetown University Law School. Harry was also admitted to practice law in Illinois in 1974 and in Virginia and the District of Columbia in 1962.

The Arizona State Bar found Harry guilty of engaging in the following misconduct
  1. Failed to return expert witness fee deposit to client
  2. Failed to return entire file to client after being fired
  3. Several client trust accounts showed negative balances
  4. Commingled client funds with his personal funds
  5. Failed to perform a monthly reconciliation of client trust accounts
In one matter, Harry the Moron accepted $12,700 in fees and costs to represent a client in a lawsuit against Cigna Insurance Co. As a result of Harry’s so-called efforts, the client eventually received an arbitration award of $4,700. Talk about getting screwed!

Of course this wasn’t Harry’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. The comics sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court gifted Harry with a complimentary informal reprimand in 1992 and then followed that up by gifting him with another informal reprimand in 1993.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Harry by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2012) Harry practices at 1837 South Mesa Drive in Mesa, Arizona.
