Attorney Cheryl Guz of Sun City, AZ; ethical goblin

The state of Arizona presented Cheryl Castrogiovanni Guz with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Cheryl guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Improperly split legal fees with nonlawyers
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Negligence led t conversion of client funds

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Cheryl by gifting her with a complimentary 4-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Cheryl practices with Guz Bruen Law Group PLLC at 10451 West Palmeras Drive in Sun City, Arizona.
