Attorney Stephanie Stoltman of Tucson; repeat offender

 

The state of Arizona provided Stephanie C. Stoltman with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from the University of Bridgeport School of Law.

 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Stephanie’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to conduct monthly trust account three-way reconciliations
  • Failed to deposit funds to cover administrative fees in her trust account
  • Disbursed checks from the trust account for clients when the clients had no funds on hand
  • Failed to record the disbursement of fees to herself and on two occasions disbursed fees to herself in error

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Stephanie by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

 

Stephanie’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to comply with trust account record-keeping requirements
  • Involved in making excessive disbursements
  • Held arbitration hearing but failed to enter order or decision
  • Failed to appear in court for show cause hearing on her failure to enter an order/decision regarding arbitration hearing

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Stephanie by gifting her with a complimentary admonition

 

As we speak (ca. November 2018), Stephanie practices at 360 North Court Avenue in Tucson, Arizona.
