Attorney Uche Umuolo of Peoria, AZ; ethical gnome

The state of Washington presented Uche Humphrey Umuolo with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Arizona State University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Uche guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to maintain client funds in a trust account
• Failed to maintain complete records of client funds in his possession
• Failed to deposit all client funds in an interest-bearing trust account
• Failed to render appropriate accounts to the client regarding client funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Uche by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
