Attorney Daniel Warner of Scottsdale, AZ; ethical gremlin

The state of Arizona presented Daniel R. Warner with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. Cooley is rated as one of the worst law schools in the country and is basically dedicated to taking in losers that couldn’t get accepted at mainstream schools like Arizona State, UCLA or the University of Utah.

The Arizona State Bar found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pursued meritless claims and/or proffered sham contentions
• Negligently failed to comply with court order

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary admonition. 

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Danny practices with Kelly Warner PLLC at 8283 North Hayden Road in Scottsdale, Arizona.
