Attorney Troy Foster of Phoenix; ethical gremlin

The state of Arizona presented Troy P. Foster with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Troy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Refunded 19 clients in 50 matters for billed time
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Victims of misconduct vulnerable

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Troy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Troy practices with Ford & Harrison LLP at 2425 East Camelback Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
