Attorney Emile Harmon of Tempe; cheating loser

The state of Arizona presented Emile J. Harmon with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Emile guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Failed to communicate with clients
  • Missed hearings on behalf of clients
  • Withdrew from cases without providing notice to clients
  • Failed to safeguard client property
  • Failed to timely comply with court order
  • Charged unreasonable fees (cheater)
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Emile!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Emile by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Emile practices with the Harmon Law Office at 60 East Rio Salado in Tempe, Arizona.

Warning: Emile does not carry legal malpractice insurance
