Attorney Richard Clark of Tucson, AZ; repeat offender

 

The state of New York presented Richard W. Clark with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the Albany Law School

 

The Third Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Dick’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

Dick’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed on numerous occasions to make court appearances on behalf of his clients
  • Failed to file necessary pleadings in several matters resulting in court dismissals of client cases and the imposition of monetary sanctions
  • Failed to make appearances or respond to various pleadings in several matters resulting in court dismissals and sanctions. He also Failed to timely notify the courts when he was dismissed as general counsel by his firm
  • Failed to adequately communicate with his client about the ongoing status of her bankruptcy matter
  • Failed to respond to a motion to dismiss, which was subsequently granted against his client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. June 2018), Dick practices with Richard E. Clark PLLC at 7887 North La Cholla Blvd in Tucson, Arizona.
