Attorney Laura Edwards of Scottsdale; ethical dwarf  

The state of Arizona presented Laura Jane Edwards with a law license in 2008 after she graduated from Brigham Young University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Laura guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Overdrew her client trust account
• Failed to comply with rules regarding trust account maintenance
• Failed to keep adequate trust account records
• Unable to explain cause of overdraft (rubber check)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Laura by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Laura practices with Edwards & Cherney LLP at 14300 North Northsight Blvd in Scottsdale, Arizona.
