Attorney Frederick Hahn of Anchorage; ethical troll

The state of Alaska presented Frederick H. Hahn with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected three client legal matters
• Failed to respond to repeated client inquires
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators [Screw you, said Freddy!]
• Failed to act with due diligence [slacker]

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alaska Supreme Court punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, Freddy’s self-serving website at www.brenalaw.commakes no mention of his misconduct as set forth above. Apparently, the firm decided to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective clients so as to not limit its future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. June 2019), Freddy practices with Brena Bell & Walker PC at 810 N Street in Anchorage, Alaska.
