Attorney Janice Groce of Birmingham, AL; ethical misfit

The state of Alabama presented Janice Yvonne Pierce Groce with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from Birmingham Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Janice guilty of the following misconduct.

During an investigation into an ethics complaint filed against Janice she refused to cooperate with the State Bar investigators. Put simply, Janice said, Up Yours!).

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Janice by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Janice practices in the Birmingham, Alabama area.
