Attorney Stephen Stewart of Birmingham, AL; cheating loser

The state of Alabama presented Stephen Kent Stewart with law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Alabama Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Substantial number of real estate settlement statements in error
• Erroneous conduct led to substantial surplus of funds in trust account
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Used client trust account funds to pay law firm’s personal expenses

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Stevie practices with Stewart & Associates at 3595 Grandview Parkway in Birmingham, Alabama.
