Attorney Arthur Lee of Birmingham; thieving loser

The state of Alabama presented Arthur Davis Shores Lee with law license in 1987 after he graduated from Birmingham Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association Artie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Billed client for 21 hours of work on the same day (thief)
• Charged administrator of an estate 42 minutes for 30 individual letters that were identical except for the identity and address of the recipient
• Defrauded his client by billing him $250 an hour for $5,250 for 21 hours of fabricated work
• Fees charged were clearly excessive

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Artie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Because Attorney Misfits in Alabama are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Johnny was never criminally prosecuted for fraud and/or grand theft.

As we speak (ca. March 2018), Artie practices in Birmingham, Alabama.
