Attorney John Graves of Birmingham, AL; scamming loser

The state of Alabama presented John Patrick Graves with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Alabama Law School.

The Alabama State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to review medical records prior to suing 3 doctors for malpractice for allegedly amputating his client’s penis
• Despite evidence proving client claim was absurd, Johnny kept pursuing it by filing an amended complaint against the physicians
• Pursued claims he absolutely knew lacked any merit and did so for the purpose of harassing or maliciously injuring one or more of the defendant doctors

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. October 2017), Johnny practices with the Law Offices of John P. Graves LLC in Birmingham, Alabama.
