Attorney Richard Lively of Prattville, AL; Dumbo, slacker

The state of Alabama presented Richard Dale Lively with law license in 1995 after he graduated from the Jones School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Caused former employee to submit false affidavit in response to ethics complaint
• Failed to record documents on behalf of client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Dick practices at 753 Loder Street in Prattville, Alabama.
